Beauty unveiled

MAGNOLIA, DONCASTER HILL

STANLEY FIELD

SIMPLICITY AND SOPHISTICATION
IN FULL BLOOM.

Positioned at the pinnacle of Doncaster Hill, 15km from Melbourne’s CBD, developer Stanley Field’s vision featured 179 residences across 15 levels, designed by CHT Architects. Complemented by landscape architect Jack Merlo’s lush garden terraces, this was the ultimate modern retreat.

A place of beauty, Claire Skinner named the development Magnolia, paying homage to the extensive plantings of Magnolia Grandiflora within the landscape, and the flower’s unique symbolism.

As one of the world’s most spectacular flowering plants, Magnolias are prized globally for their divine beauty symbolising purity and nobility.

On the luxurious large format brochure, the magnificent Magnolia
takes centre stage.

Tactile premium papers
echo the surface texture of a Magnolia, contrasted with gloss coated pages. Elegant touches of gold foiling complete the luxury.
