Designed by Hayball, with interiors by Ministry of Design, Chester & Ella by Kokoda Property represent Newstead’s luxurious architectural icons offering 319 residences across two towers.
Taking inspiration from the iconic street names, along with referencing legendary duos in history and popular culture, Claire’s branding brings the enigmatic characters of Chester & Ella to life.
Claire Skinner’s brand strategy helped inform the architectural design with Chester’s chiselled edges contrasting Ella’s curvaceous form.
Casting Jaymes Triglone as Chester and Anna Davoll as Ella, Claire collaborated with fashion photographer Jake Terrey alongside location photographer Toby Scott.
Relaxed and refined, the interior design was brought to life with renders by FKD Studio.
Just like the Chinese philosophy
of yin and yang, Chester & Ella’s contrasting personalities complement each other and give
rise to something far greater.
Signature Chester & Ella cocktails were served at the exclusive launch event in Newstead.
Clever thinking meets effortless cool. Chester & Ella reflect both rational and emotional desires, creating a unique brand language that cleverly meets both.
