As the foundation of western astrology, the twelve signs of the zodiac are divided into these four elements. Ruling the body, emotions, spirit and mind, the elements unify the zodiac signs, influencing common characteristics and personality traits.

Inspired by each element in both its simplicity and vastness; its wonder and terror, Element by Claire Skinner explores celestial symbolism through character, fashion and form. Claire collaborated with Australian photographer Andy Vukosav and videographer Ewen Allport to capture the textural beauty of the elements in studio, complemented by imagery from international creators, digitally crafted to bring the astrological archetypes to life.

Honouring the brilliance and the darkness, Element is a modern ode to the stars; a tapestry of diverse energies that contrast and complement in a never-ending dance.
