Project Description
JOIN THE #MALVERNCOLLECTIVE

Envisioned by Australia’s leaders in luxury Kokoda Property, JCB Architects, Carr & Technē, Malvern Collective unites 265 sophisticated residences with epicurean destinations, coworking and wellbeing retreat.

A landmark destination to live, create, taste and play, Claire Skinner created a brand that harnesses the power of collaboration and community. Malvern Collective is where Malvern unites.

To celebrate the arrival of Malvern Collective, Claire Skinner designed an exclusive magazine. Uniting architecture, epicure and style, the publication featured interviews with the team behind the design, street-style photography and advertising by local retailers and on-brand partners from Four Pillars Gin to Mercedes-Benz.

Honouring the illustrious suburb’s rich history and heralding its bold future, the Malvern Collective magazine celebrated Malvern’s community. Distributed to local homes, cafés and retailers, the unique editorial concept, together with social media campaign, launched the brand as the new icon of Malvern.
