Magnolia, Doncaster Hill
/
STANLEY FIELD
Project Description
IN FULL BLOOM

Perfectly placed at the pinnacle of Doncaster Hill, 15km from Melbourne’s CBD, developer Stanley Field’s grand vision featured 179 residences across 15 levels, designed by CHT Architects. Offset by landscape architect Jack Merlo’s spectacular garden terraces, this was the ultimate modern retreat. A place of beauty and secluded serenity.

In honour of this, Claire named the development Magnolia, paying homage to the extensive plantings of Magnolia Grandiflora. As one of the world’s most spectacular flowering plants, Magnolias are prized globally for their divine beauty, and symbols of purity and nobility, particularly in Asian culture.

Claire created a brand of simplicity and sophistication in perfect harmony with this. On the luxurious large format brochure, the magnificent Magnolia flower takes centre stage. As a flower unveils its beauty with the opening of each petal, so too the brochure, revealing understated elegance with every page turn.

Tactile premium papers echo the surface texture of a Magnolia petal on the cover, contrasted with gloss coated pages inside. Elegant touches of gold foiling complete the luxury.
