LEO, Hawthorn East

KOKODA PROPERTY
Project Description
LEO IS NOW

Featuring 90 apartments across 6 levels, Kokoda Property’s Hawthorn East development was designed by Artisan Architects with interiors by Hecker Guthrie.

Claire created a unique and playful personality for the development to celebrate its youthful target market. LEO is bold. LEO is style. And LEO is just that little bit cheeky. Yes, LEO knows who he is, and isn’t afraid to tell you about it.

Taking the Melbourne streets by storm, Claire worked with Kokoda Property to create a teaser campaign pre-launch featuring outdoor billboards and street posters in the local area. The highlight? Staking LEO’s claim above the competitor’s sales suite with three simple words ‘LEO is better’.

LEO loves you to be in-the-know, with a unique detachable ‘Guide to the Good Stuff’ featuring inside the main brochure, promoting the enviable lifestyle on offer. Never say LEO doesn’t look after you okay?

A location shoot with photographer James Braund and DOP Ewen Allport provided the local flavour for the campaign, and the iconic mint palette, and on-trend polka dots, became synonymous with our enigmatic friend LEO.
